Glasgow book reading
I got back last night from four days in Edinburgh, a big highlight of which was the book reading in Glasgow.
A healthy crowd packed into the excellent coffee shop and second-hand bookshop Biblocafe on Woodlands Road on Wednesday night, where part of Up The Creek Without a Mullet was written, to hear a few extracts and buy a copy. Many thanks to everyone who came along.
It was really good fun and a fine way to wrap up my mini-tour. I was very happy with the way I read, and people laughed and asked questions. It was such a shame I couldn’t really linger, because I had to dash off to the Mono gig.
More about which in my next post…
