We did a ten mile walk in the Cairngorms today. It was a lovely clear day, but bitterly cold above the snow line.
Our destination was Meall a’ Bhuachaille and Creagan Gorm, a corbett and long plateau that made for a scenic circular walk of about six hours. You can read about the route at Walk Highlands.
I’ve enFlickrised a bundle of photos. Not the best of conditions for photography – it was a gloomy day, mostly, and in some places just too cold or windy (or both) to take the gloves off.
