I’m off in a couple of hours on the church men’s weekend away in Comrie, Perthshire. Having never been on anything like this before, I have no idea what to expect.
Apart from, presumably, an absence of women.

Part of me wants to respond to the last sentence – but it would almost certainly be in bad taste. Speaking of which, don’t go see Borat – fun in parts, the overall experience is not good. Take care, mate.
I’m going to have to disagree with the previous comment (and what does “the overall experience” mean anyway? Uncomfortable seats? Loud talker in front?). I confidently predict you will find it almost continually hilarious.
Yes, Simon, you will find the Jew baiting hilarious. And, I’m sure you will find the reference to intimate parts of young females (I think it was seven years of age) really funny too.
Great, maybe I’ll go see it to decide for myself!
And I love how we got from men’s church weekends to Jew-baiting in three easy steps!
